These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ShirishMandhare.com and any services, coaching programs, or digital products offered by Shirish Mandhare – Money Healing & Emotional Freedom Coach. By accessing this website or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using this website or booking a session, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have legal guardian consent.
  • You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are not using the services for any unlawful purpose.

2. Nature of Services

We offer coaching, emotional healing, educational content and guidance based on tools like EFT, Ho’oponopono, NLP, Law of Attraction, Money Reiki and related modalities. All sessions are intended for personal growth, emotional support and education.

We do not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice in a professional capacity. Our work is complementary and not a replacement for therapy, medical treatment, medication, financial or legal services.

3. Bookings & Sessions

  • Sessions are conducted online (Zoom / Google Meet / Phone) unless otherwise stated.
  • You are responsible for providing correct contact details and joining on time.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule a session due to unavoidable circumstances. You will be informed via email/WhatsApp.

4. Payments

All paid programs and sessions must be paid for in advance using the available payment methods (such as Razorpay or other gateways). Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment.

By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the information provided is correct.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation rules are described separately in the Refund & Cancellation Policy page on this website. By booking a service or program, you agree to those conditions.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Every person’s emotional and financial journey is different. While many clients experience powerful shifts, we do not guarantee any specific income, business, relationship, health or life results.

You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes before, during and after working with us.

7. Health & Psychological Disclaimer

If you are under medical or psychological care, or taking prescribed medication, please consult your doctor or licensed mental health professional before starting any coaching or healing work.

In case of severe depression, suicidal thoughts, mental illness or emergency situations, please contact qualified medical professionals or emergency services immediately. Our services are not a substitute for crisis support.

8. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to participate honestly and respectfully during sessions and programs.
  • You will not record, distribute or share any session without written permission.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any login or access details provided to you.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and inside our programs—including text, videos, audios, workbooks, PDFs, processes and frameworks—is the intellectual property of Shirish Mandhare, unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the material for your own learning. You may not copy, share, resell, teach, or distribute this content without written permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website or services to:

  • Engage in any illegal, abusive or fraudulent activity.
  • Harass, abuse or harm the coach or any other participants.
