Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing ShirishMandhare.com and our coaching/healing programs. We are committed to delivering value, support, and emotional transformation to all participants. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for digital programs, online sessions, workshops, or memberships are non-refundable once the service is purchased/access has been granted.

Our services involve digital content and personalized coaching work. Results depend on individual participation and progress, which cannot be guaranteed. Hence, refunds are not provided.

2. Cancellations by Client

  • If you miss or fail to attend a session, it will be counted as delivered.
  • No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for missed sessions.
  • You may request rescheduling at least 12 hours before the session time, subject to availability.

3. Cancellations by Coach

If due to any operational or unavoidable reason a session needs to be rescheduled, we will inform you through email/WhatsApp and provide the next available time slot. No refund will be applicable in such circumstances.

4. Digital Course Delivery

  • All course materials are delivered online only.
  • After access is granted, the purchase is considered final.
  • You are responsible for ensuring correct email/contact details at checkout.

5. Payment Failures

If payment fails but the amount is deducted, please contact your bank/payment provider. Once confirmation is received from the payment gateway, access will be granted (if successful) or a reversal will be processed by the gateway as per their policies.

6. EMI / Loan / Financial Responsibilities

By purchasing any program using EMI or financial services, you agree that completing EMI payments is solely your responsibility. No refund or cancellation option will be allowed for EMI orders once activated.

7. Commitment to Transformation

Our programs require you to take consistent action, follow the process, and actively participate. By buying a program, you acknowledge that results depend upon your own efforts and mindset.
